Give each person or each job its own code, and pick what that code opens. Turn a code off the day somebody leaves and it stops working on every phone.

Good to know. Capitals, spaces and dashes never matter when somebody types their code. A code you turn off can be turned back on whenever you like, and nothing they made is lost.
